This is definitely the best NHS GP practice I have ever used, the Doctors, Nurses,receptionist all are very friendly, Sometimes you have to wait for at least a week for your appointment which i feel is not ok if you are not feeling well,but on the other hand,when i have been really not keeping well and ask them if a Doctor can call me back the same day,they always call back and have also given me appointments on the same day,which speaks volumes of how Good their service is. Dr Michael Davey and Dr Mohan Seevaratnam are the doctors i have had appointments with most of the time and both have been excellent.

The receptionists are always helpful and pleasant. An appointment can be available when required if it is seen to be urgent. I have always found all the staff extremely helpful and the treatment has been very good.

This is a very good practice, and I have recommended at least three people to switch to this GP surgery. Staff are helpful and kind. Bookings can be done online or via telephone, and as long as you are organised and keep up with your prescriptions, you will get an appointment within a week or two. For emergencies, the GP will call you back and evaluate the best options.
